Bonanza Ice Pops

2 scoops Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink, any flavour
½ cup low-fat milk
⅓ cup Greek-style yogurt, vanilla
½ cup berries or chopped fruit

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into four 1/3-cup (80 ml) ice pop molds. Freeze at least 2 hours before serving.

Protein Ball

150ml low fat milk
50g crushed roasted ground nuts
50g instant oatmeal
50g crushed dates
5 scoops Formula 1 Nutritious Mixed Soy Protein Drink – Dutch Chocolate
2 scoops Formula 3 –Blended Soy and Whey Protein Powder
2 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Mix all ingredients evenly except for cocoa powder. Take 1 tablespoon of dough and mould it into a ball. Do the same thing until the dough is used up. Roll the mixture into a bowl of cocoa powder. Serve.
